Taylor Swift looked seemingly unimpressed after she became the butt of one of Golden Globes host Jo Koy's jokes.
The 34-year-old pop star attended the award ceremony in Los Angeles on Sunday (January 7), in a shimmering green floor-length gown, that was accessorized with diamond earrings and a simple wavy hairstyle.
The 'Love Story' songstress' concert film Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour - which earned over $250 million at the worldwide box office - was among the nominated works for this year's award titled: Cinematic and Box Office Achievement.
Greta Gerwig's Barbie triumphed in this category, and other nominations were Oppenheimer, The Super Mario Bros Movie, John Wick: Chapter 4, Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, and Mission: Impossible - Dead Reckoning Part One.
The host of the 81st annual ceremony was the 52-year-old comedian, whose full name is Joseph Glenn Herbert Sr. He was announced as the last-minute pick just two weeks ago.
Koy - who already seemed nervous in his stint as host - attempted to joke by referencing the 'I Knew You Were Trouble' artist's displays of support for her NFL player beau, Travis Kelce.
"The big difference between the Golden Globes and the NFL? On the Golden Globes, we have fewer camera shots of Taylor Swift... there’s just more to go to here," Koy quipped.
The camera then panned to Swift, she could be seen with an icy expression before taking a sip from her drink.

"Omg, Taylor Swift’s death stare before sipping champagne at the #GoldenGlobes perfectly embodies Jo Koy’s cringey hosting job," one person said, while TV host Piers Morgan penned: "If Taylor Swift death stares could actually kill, Jo Koy would now be deceased."
Another viewer remarked: "That death glare Taylor Swift gave Jo Koy after his little camera angle comment… GIRL, that man better say some prayers or something because if looks could bring misfortune, it’s that one."
Meanwhile, a third user referenced the controversial Will Smith Oscars slap of 2022, writing: "The one funny thing Jo Koy has done so far is mention Taylor Swift by name because it led to this cutaway shot where she’s extremely 'keep my name out of your mouth'."
The host was referencing that, since Swift began dating the 34-year-old Kansas City Chiefs star over the summer, she’s been seen in the stands at his games on numerous occasions, and has even made it into the NFL’s live broadcasts of his team's big games.
Last month, the 2023 Person of the Year addressed the attention she’s received since dating Kelce to Time Magazine, insisting: "I don’t know how they know what suite I’m in."
"There’s a camera, like, a half-mile away, and you don’t know where it is, and you have no idea when the camera is putting you in the broadcast, so I don’t know if I’m being shown 17 times or once," she continued. "I’m just there to support Travis. I have no awareness of if I’m being shown too much and pissing off a few dads, Brads, and Chads."
