Quinton Aaron has dropped almost 100lbs in a radical weight loss transformation.

The actor - best known for his starring role in The Blind Side - showed off his slimmer new figure and chatted to TMZ about how he shed the pounds in just three months between November 2021 and February 2022.

According to the outlet, Quinton became concerned about his size during the pandemic, when he started developing unhealthy habits that saw his weight balloon up.

Stuck at home with nothing to do, Quinton began binge eating and developed a sweet tooth that meant he was putting away packets of chocolates.

He'd kick off the day with 2 jumbo-sized KitKat packs and 2 Reese's packs and load up on bread, sometimes eating 2 large sandwiches in one sitting. Meanwhile, if he went out to eat Quinton would finish the meal with a heavy chocolate dessert.

The actor told TMZ that he wanted to lose the weight so that he would be fitter, healthier, and not held back in his professional life - where he has big plans for his music and production company.

"I used the new year as a way to get a new me," he said.

Quinton's hard work and dedication paid off, and in just three months he went from 559 to 462 pounds.

As for how he made the radical transformation, Quinton said that he swapped out the sandwiches and started eating Cobb salads for lunch instead. He also cut out candy bars and bread, started following a keto diet, and even introduced some fasting into his routine.

In terms of physical exercise, the actor has also been walking and doing stretching exercises to get his heart rate up and his body more active.

While Quinton has come a long way in a short space of time, he's not done yet. The big goal is to drop another 64lbs by May 10, in honor of his late mom's birthday.

If he can get down to around 400lbs, he'll be the same weight as he was when he starred in the Oscar-winning 2009 film The Blind Side, in which he played former NFL Michael Oher.
