Will Smith has admitted that he's currently in the "worst shape" of his life.
The Hollywood actor, 52, earned praise from fans for sharing the honest post about his body on social media - something very few people - especially A-listers - ever do.
But Smith decided to candidly admit that he's not always ripped with a six-pack, as fans praised the 'Fresh Prince of Bel Air' star for his honesty.
Sharing a picture of himself in underwear, slippers, and an unzipped jacket as his belly could be seen from under, Smith normalized regular body types in his post.
He wrote: "I'm gonna be real wit yall - I’m in the worst shape of my life. [sic]"
The post became an instant hit online, as fans rushed to the comments section to praise the actor for keeping it real.
One fan wrote: "That's the funniest, realist thing I've ever seen. Way to change the façade of Instagram."
While another added: "You've been in shape for most of your life. You deserve a break haha."
A third wrote: "Man! You have been in shape your whole life. Enjoy the dad bod with pride! Let's end...the carbs discrimination."
"Thank you!!! Aren't we all after this pandemic?" another fan asked.
Another fan added: "Let me be real with you. You're 52. You look great."
Musician Questlove wrote: "This is the most amazing post in the history of social media."
While one fan added: "You're Will Smith!! You can be in whatever shape you want."
As an A-list action star, it's safe to say Smith is clearly used to having a very top-tier physique.
The actor opened up about just how much goes into staying in shape during an interview about his 2016 film Suicide Squad.
He told Men's Journal his workout regime was so intense that he tore a leg muscle during the early stages of shooting.
He said at the time:
"I knew from the very beginning that this was going to be a big movie for me. When you're 47 years old, no injury is a mild injury anymore
"I was stepping back to throw a blow, and my calf popped. Everyone heard it. The doctor there told me that I was going to be down for six weeks, but I couldn't allow that."
