A woman has made the ultimate faux pas at her new job.
Issie Carmody, who hails from Corsham, Wiltshire, accidentally sent her new boss a video of herself as an animated pig begging her boyfriend to pick up a Chinese takeaway. The kicker? She'd only known her manager for two days.
The makeup artist used an app to turn her face into that of a pig, and then proceeded to repeat the word "Chinese" in several different voices.
Issie shared the 18-second clip to Facebook, writing "Guys I'm actually f*cking mortified. I recently got a new manager at my work, and I've known her for two days!"
"I wanted to send my boyfriend an Animoji of me as a pig saying that I wanted a Chinese. Well, I've sent it to my new manager and it's the most idiotic video I have ever created."
Luckily, the 22-year-old immediately realised her mistake, and replied with a series of texts to her new boss. "Omg I'm so sorry that was meant for my boyfriend. I'm so sorry," she wrote.
Her boss, however, was able to see the funny side. "I hope he gets you one," she responded.
And it all worked out in the end as Issie finally got her Chinese takeaway. "Guess who got her Chinese finally," she captioned a photo of her looking rightly triumphant.
Naturally, the people of the internet found the ordeal hilarious. "Proper laughed out loud at that, sending it to the new boss," wrote one social media user, while another added "I must have watched this about 20 times this morning hahaha I love it! Chinese!"
