Floyd Mayweather Jr. face off tonight, they will be met with derision by many boxing purists, who have greeted the fight with an upturned nose, dismissing the spectacle as little more than a "farce". While some in the world of MMA, notably Dana White, might believe that Conor McGregor has an outside chance of causing what would surely prove one of the most monumental upsets in sporting history, few truly believe that the Irishman has any more than a puncher's chance against one of the greatest boxers to ever step inside the ring.
Not that any fighter need worry if they do lose the bout, dubbed "the money fight" due to its anticipated eye-watering financial clout. Forget entering the lottery, win lose or draw, both fighters truly will be set for life financially speaking after tonight's bout, not that either man is struggling to keep afloat in the meantime.
Floyd "Money" Mayweather is known almost as much for his astonishing wealth as his pugilism; never one to be shy of flaunting his extraordinary riches, we have seen Mayweather hanging out in hotel lobbies with a pet tiger, boarding private jets and throwing lavish parties.
All of these displays of wealth pale in comparison to his utterly astonishing mansion, though; a 22,000 square foot customised abode in Las Vegas that is just about as opulent as it comes.

Regardless of what happens tonight, I suppose that, even in the face of a chastening defeat that would rock the world of fighting, it must be nice to know that you can go home and comfort yourself in palatial surroundings, clutching endless wadges of cash, and, if the fancy takes you, go for a drive in one of your many super cars.
Floyd Mayweather will face off against Conor McGregor inside the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas tonight. Mayweather, the 49-0 undefeated boxer is the overwhelming favourite, while McGregor, who will be making his professional boxing debut, is viewed as a huge underdog.
In boxing, though, there is always the chance of a lucky shot, and the southpaw Irishman certainly has the power, particularly in his left hand, to knock Mayweather out. To do that, though, he will need to land a glove on the undefeated boxer, something that many doubt he is capable of.
