When I saw headlines about
Kim Kardashian sparking backlash over a 'disgusting picture,' my expectations were pretty high. I mean, what is so disgusting about this picture? Is it a photo of Kim Kardashian in a dumpster, with giant sewer rats perched on her arms? Is it a photo of her and
Kanye West spooning naked together in bed, while sticking voodoo needles in a
Taylor Swift doll? Is it a photo of Kim chugging the grease from the grease tray of a George Foreman Grill? That would be pretty gross. When it comes to imagining disgusting things, my mind has no limits.
Well, I guess I need to lower my standards for 'disgusting.' I don't know a lot about Kim Kardashian, besides the fact she's a reality TV star, and is married to Kanye West, and her surrogate is pregnant with her third child, and - holy crap, I know a lot of things about
Kim Kardashian. How did this happen? I think I might go through an existential crisis, hike to the top of a mountain, and contemplate where I went with my life. But until then, let's take a look at this 'disgusting' photo that's got everyone clutching their pearls on social media.

Kim Kardashian shared a photo of herself in her kitchen, wearing sexy white underwear, and taking a sip of a protein drink. The press release - I mean, caption reads:
"Little update for you guys. I’m on Day 9 of my Shake It Baby program from @flattummyco and I’m actually feeling so good. Apparently, people are upset because
Kim Kardashian is barefoot in her kitchen. Is that considered super gross now? Because I've been barefoot in my own kitchen several times. It doesn't hurt anything. It's not like you're cooking with your feet. But maybe I'm wrong. Maybe this explains why people never come over to my place.
Anyway, on social media, people ragged on Kim for her glum, gray dystopian kitchen, which looks like something out of a prison movie. One person commented, "Love Kimmy for lyf but why is she in her undies in a commercial kitchen?" Another person wrote, "Your body is actual goals but let’s be real and admit this is a prison kitchen with those floor mats."
Well, rubber floor mats are kind of gross, I guess. But I still wouldn't call this photo 'disgusting.' Step your disgusting game up, Kim!
