A woman has gone viral on social media after sharing a hilarious video of a baby elephant attempting to hump her.

Model and humanitarian Megan Milan - who goes by the handle @megan.milan on TikTok - posted a video of herself on her trip to the Chai Lai Orchid sanctuary in Thailand.

Milan's video shows her petting the friendly family of elephants, but as she greets the baby elephant, who was just three weeks old at the time, he becomes a little bit too chummy.

The little mammal started pulling at the model's skirt before forcing her to the ground and proceeding to hump her body as she tries to get away.

As of this writing, Milan's video amassed over 20.6 million views and 3 million likes, and many users commented to laugh at the baby elephant's actions.

One user joked that the baby elephant was probably thinking "'Why are you wearing clothes?'”

Another jested: "It's scenarios like this why our Jamaican mothers always tell us to wear good underwear when we go out cos you never knowwww what could happen."

A third wrote: "The way the mom came over and said, 'Alright that’s enough leave her alone!'"

A fourth said: "I just like the fact that she wasn’t scared to go back and play with the elephant that was really cute, hope [you're] ok tho."

Per the Daily Mail, Milan spoke about the incident and said: "I’m used to being around elephants but I had never been around one so young, he’s only three weeks old. So I asked to go see him," adding: "He was definitely a little heavy and strong".

"I’m known for immersing myself in other cultures and going on wild adventures. Whether it’s hanging off trains in Sri Lanka or playing with baby elephants in Thailand, I’m always down for a thrill," she continued.

"Coupled with the rescued elephants at Chai Lai, these are two things that I am extremely passionate about so of course, I jumped at the opportunity," the model said.

Regardless, Milan was able to find the funny side of her story as she shared the video on her Twitter page, joking the animal's big sister had to come and get the baby off her back.
