A woman was seen making a spectacle as footage appeared to show her casually walking through an airport wearing nothing but a bikini and a face mask.
A video of the woman in her green swimwear was shared to Instagram by the account Humans of Spirit Airlines. The page is known for posting humorous content supposedly featuring the airline's passengers.
The video, which has been viewed over 44,000 times at the time of writing, shows the bikini-clad woman - whose identity is not currently known - apparently making her way through security while carrying a backpack, purse, and her boarding passes as she looks down at her phone.
The post is captioned: "When you have a pool party at noon and a Spirit Airlines flight to catch at 4pm."
"At least she’s wearing a mask," the caption adds.
Check out the bizarre video here:It has not been determined whether or not the woman was indeed a Spirit Airlines passenger, as a spokesperson for the firm told the New York Post that the Instagram account often "falsely attributes" images and footage to the airline.
The spokesperson went on to refer to the footage as "unverified", adding: "The video could have been taken at any time or any place and it has no identifying characteristic of any airline. I checked, and we have no record of this on file."
As per the rules and regulations of the airline, passengers can be prohibited from getting on a flight if they are barefoot at the time of boarding, "inadequately clothed" or are dressed in a way that is "lewd, obscene, or offensive in nature."
The video has been inundated with hundreds of comments after it was posted earlier this week. In keeping with the lighthearted tone of the post and caption, many of the commenters found humor in it.

One person commented: "Security should be a breeze."
Another added: "Traveling light saves the environment."
While a third wrote: "If she made it on the plane like that she'll be hating life because planes get a lot cooler than airports do."
A final person wanted to know: "Did she really just not bring any damn clothes?"
