Jill Wallace is a self-proclaimed "loving, supportive Christian mama of LGBTQ+ community", and she has frequently used her social media platforms to support and celebrate LGBTQ+ people.

However, the extent of her praise for this community became more apparent than ever earlier this month when her son came out as transgender and she introduced him as Jayden to her TikTok followers.

Watch her heartwarming response below:

In the video, Jill told her followers that she is a Christian mother and that she wants them to "how it happens in [her] house".

She then appears stern and told her followers that she said Jayden down so she can "fully understand exactly what's going to go on", and her expression then turns to one of joy when she tells her followers that they "went shopping and got a haircut."

She said that she loves Jayden and told other parents that "no matter who you are", you need to love your children if they come out.

The proud mom has been sharing additional details about Jayden's transition, including the moment when he got his first binder, and the delight he expressed when he tried it on.

Jayden also shared a video on his mother's TikTok channel after coming out, telling other parents that if a child comes out as trans, they have to trust that they know who they are.

Jayden continued: "They know inside if they are a boy, or a girl, or nonbinary, and that's okay. You just have to love them because they're yours."

Jill has also challenged other Christian parents who believe that being a member of the LGBTQ+ community is wrong, explaining that such a thing was never said in the bible and that being a member of this community is not a choice.

She proud mother also explained how other parents can be "amazing" when their kids come out, saying that they should let their children know that they are loved unconditionally, ask them what being a member of the LGBTQ+ community means to them, and to "just listen" and offer support.
