A 27-year-old Disney fan has hit back at trolls after they cruelly mocked her for getting excited to see Goofy at Disney World. On May 3, TikToker Sarah Rachul uploaded a video from her recent trip to Orlando, Florida, to her account, where she goes by the handle <a href="https://www.tiktok.com/@everydayisdisney/video/7093304784052047146" target="_blank" rel="noopener">@everydayisdisney</a>. In the clip, Rachul can be seen waiting in line to meet Goofy at the Epcot theme park. She's clearly excited, as she jumps up and down and clasps her hands to her chest, before running into the Disney character's arms. The overlay text says that she's "waited 3 years to hug" Goofy, and there's even more detail as to why he means so much to her in the post's caption. Despite the touching backstory, many TikTokers still criticized Rachul for getting so excited about meeting a character. "I dug into some of these video duets/stitches and comments and lot of the people behind the account are in middle school/high school/college. These are really formative years for learning how to treat others and I’m concerned for how brazen people have become online when criticizing strangers," she said. Elsewhere in the interview, she explained that she and her parents had started visiting the park every year in honor of her late grandparents, who were Disney Vacation Club members.
