Coming out as a member of the LGBTQ+ community can be a difficult thing to do if you're of a member of the older generation who lived at a time when it simply wasn't accepted.
But it's something that this grandma did gloriously to her granddaughter in a heartwarming TikTok video, and we are here for it.
The Guardian reports that the average age of a person coming out has dropped in recent years thanks to society becoming more accepting of LGBTQ+ people.
The TikTok was reshared to Twitter by a user who wrote: "Well it's confirmed, we've found the cutest woman in the world. Every line is more iconic than the last, and I pray she finds the gorgeous 60-something she's spent her life longing for."
Watch the heartwarming moment the grandma comes out below:In the video, the grandma casually reveals to her granddaughter Aimee that she is attracted to women.
"Do you like prefer women's bodies?" asks Aimee in the clip, having decided to capture this special moment on film.
"I think so, yeah," her grandmother answers. "I think boobs are nice. I think the penis, not that keen on it," she said, grimacing.
Aimee then asks her grandma what age her ideal woman would be and she says "late 60s", prompting Aimee to call her a "cougar".
"I just like women anyhow," the grandma said. "I've never liked men that much."

However, while this grandma might have had the courage to come out later in life, she admitted to Aimee that she's not quite ready to step out into the 2020 dating scene.
This heartwarming video comes after a Christian mom also took to TikTok to reveal her incredible reaction to her son coming out as transgender.
Watch her heartwarming response below:In the video, Jill Wallace told her followers that she is a Christian mother and that she wants them to "how it happens in [her] house".
She then appears stern and told her followers that she said Jayden down so she can "fully understand exactly what's going to go on", and her expression then turns to one of joy when she tells her followers that they "went shopping and got a haircut."
She said that she loves Jayden and told other parents that "no matter who you are", you need to love your children if they come out.
