An emotional video has emerged on social media showing a blind diner receiving an edible braille "happy birthday" message from her waiters.
According to Indy100, the video was uploaded to TikTok on Monday, August 16, by a user named Natalie Te Paa, who also goes by the handle @natbysight on the platform.
Take a look at the heartwarming footage of Natalie in the video below:The clip shows Natalie, whose vision is impaired, sitting at a table at Gino D'Acampo's restaurant in London.
A waiter then places a delicious-looking cake in front of her, stating as he does so: "We want to wish you a happy birthday."
Although the cake appears outwardly unremarkable, the icing topping it bore a special message: namely, the words: "Happy Birthday" written in braille.

One of Natalie's close friends can be seen guiding her hands over the confectionary happy returns of the day, prompting her to exclaim: "No freaking way. They did not!" as she read it.
The video clearly resonated with other TikTok users who were touched by the sweet gesture, and the footage has now accrued more than 11.7 million views, 3.2 million reactions, and over 30,000 comments, at the time of writing.

For example, one person wrote: "I bet that was the most amazing thing to witness."

While another stated: "This is the perfect video for the 'who got you smiling like that' trend."

A third added: "I'm at a point in my life now that every time I see something nice and kind, I'm crying."

Finally, this commenter added: "Now THAT is good customer service."

Even celebrity chef Gino D'Acampo himself joined in on the fun and jumped into the comments, writing to Natalie: "Happy Birthday Bella!! X" - which translates from Italian as "Happy Birthday beautiful."

Natalie herself replied to the kind comments she had received from strangers, writing in a follow-up post: "Thank you so so much... Between the filming of this night, I was in floods of tears! So blown away by this team!"
