The OnlyFans star, 23, was seen breaking down in tears after completing the feat in 14 hours, in a documentary filmed by YouTuber Josh Pieters.

During the film, she also admitted that while she had used condoms during penetration, she had performed oral sex on the men without protection and was seemingly unaware of the health risks involved.

When asked by Pieters if she used condoms for this part of the act, Phillips replied: “No, I didn’t,” though she confirmed condoms were used for intercourse.

Pieters then asked if she worried about contracting HIV, to which Phillips responded: “Is that where it comes from?”

Appearing surprised, she added: “Really? See, I’ve never really thought about that.”

However, Phillips has since revealed that she did take other precautions to try and prevent catching a serious illness from her extreme escapades.

She told The Sun: "I wore protection with all of them. I'm on PrEP (Pre-exposure prophylaxis which reduces the risk of getting HIV) and I was also taking antibiotics literally at the time of doing it, to be as protected as possible.

"STIs are always a worry but it is every time you have sex with anyone."

Viewers had been extremely concerned to see that while Phillips had initially asked the participants to have an STI test before coming along, when several men dropped out at the last minute, she got those involved to try and recruit their friends to come along and take part without having been tested prior.

Despite the risks to her health, Phillips has made a lucrative living from her X-rated content, amassing a reported £2 million ($2.4 million) and racking up eight people on her payroll.

Phillips had also planned to become the first person to sleep with 1000 people in one day, but was beaten to the feat by fellow OnlyFans creator Bonnie Blue, who claims to have bedded 1057 men in 12 hours - equivalent to one every 41 seconds.

Phillips also addressed why she broke down in tears after sleeping with 101 men, explaining to the outlet: "I think you can have a tough day at work and it doesn't mean you hate your job or you're being coerced into anything, it just means it was a tough day.

"When I look back on the day I’m happy. I achieved my goal so I was chuffed about that."

She admitted being surprised by the backlash, adding: "I think a lot of people thought I was being trafficked or some deeper issues are going on, which just isn't the case."

Phillips also highlighted the fact that her attitude to sex is not one shared by most women, explaining: "I really try to make clear that what I do is extreme and I do it because I enjoy it.

"I feel like I'm one of a very small percentage of women who would enjoy this kind of activity and I just try to be as honest with people as possible about that. But I'm not responsible for what men do and how they think."
