Mom receives text from neighbor saying: 'Your kid is naked in your window'

When you're a parent, your kids can often get up to all kinds of trouble without you knowing about it. Sometimes you'll be minding your own business in the park, when another parent informs you that your little ones are eating sand in the sandpit, or maybe you're at the supermarket and haven't noticed that your kid has pocketed an apple from the stall.

Those little monsters can be so embarrassing. But this week a mom got a run for her money (and ended up going viral on social media as well) after one of her neighbors was forced to send her a text about her son which was really embarrassing.

Mother-of-two Jeni Boysen, who hails from Cedar Rapids in Iowa, was at home one day when she received a mortifying text from someone living nearby to her, to let her know that her 2-year-old son Dax was apparently up to no good.

Jeni was intrigued by the text, since she'd assumed young Dax was in the family living room watching Peppa Pig at the time. However, her little boy had actually decided to strip off and go for a wander around the Boysen house while Jeni's attention was elsewhere.

The neighbor's texted a censored photo of Dax standing naked in an upstairs window, staring outside. The image was captioned: "Your kid is naked in your window Not to send you a photo. But I looked up when I got home and there he was."

Jeni found the picture hilarious and took to Facebook to share it with her many followers, writing: "Ya know. Sometimes you think you’re doing okay at life and then you get a message like this from a neighbor. I just cried I laughed so hard ???This is exactly the laughter I needed tonight. [sic]"

So there you have it: why it's a good idea to keep a close eye on your kids ... either that, or please just try to keep your curtains closed!
