No one likes a tailgater, especially when you're actually driving at the speed limit. Regardless, there will some people who come in close behind you on the road, pushing you to accelerate or get out of the way just because they're feeling impatient. It's a frustrating experience many drivers face on the regular, but rarely is karma served as beautifully as this.

Back in 2014, a video went viral showing one such offender that the universe has its own way of dealing out punishment. Tracy Lynn Sloan recorded the incident, in which the male driver eventually overtook her, flipping the bird as he went by.

As soon as he got past her, however, he swerved out of control and crashed, leaving Sloan to shout after him: "That's what you get!"

"This pathetic excuse for a human being tailgated me for about three minutes, after about a minute, and me shaking my head, I pulled out my phone and started recording," she wrote on the now-deleted original video, according to the Huffington Post.

"I couldn't move over because there were trucks in the right lane, and I sure as heck wasn't going to speed on a rainy day with the roads being as slick as they were."

You can see him get his just deserts in the video below:

It was later revealed, according to the Tampa Bay Times, that he fled the scene in his truck. However, Tracy took a photo of his license plate and reported him to the police. He was reportedly charged with leaving the scene of a crash, careless driving and not wearing a seatbelt, before later being released after paying his bond.

Hopefully he's started driving a little safer on the roads after this incident.
