A woman who revealed she was ditched by her date after she noisily slurped her way through 48 oysters was forced to respond after people called her out for not tipping enough.
The TikTok user, who goes by @equanaaa on the platform, revealed that her date told her he was going to the toilet and never returned as she tucked into her fourth plate of a dozen oysters on a date.
And that was just her appetizer, as Equana then went on to order potatoes and crab cakes off the menu to go with it.
While her incredible appetite for seafood had some people floored, others were more concerned with what appeared to be a measly tip she'd left on the $184 bill she'd racked up.
Equana had earlier revealed that she had agreed to meet the man she'd been texting "for weeks" one Tuesday night at Fontaine's Oyster House in Atlanta, where the restaurant had a special on that day of the week to get a dozen oysters for $15.
As that was clearly too good a deal to pass up - even if she hoped her date would be the one paying - Equana decided to go wild and order herself four plates.
After dousing all 48 oysters in sauce, she filmed herself - seemingly with the flash on - noisily slurping them down, plate after plate.
It was around the time she got to her fourth dozen that things started to go wrong, as Equana explained: "Y'all when the fourth one came out he was looking at me crazy," but said she "didn't give a f**k," adding: "I was like, 'Baby, you invited me out - I'm going to eat.'"
After polishing off all 48 of the oysters apparently as an appetizer, Equana began browsing what she could have next, choosing some crab cakes and potatoes off the menu.
It was at this point that her date had had enough of her insatiable appetite for seafood and excused himself to go to the toilet, never to return.
She told her followers: "Why he say he was going to the bathroom and never came back? The f**k? It's been 10, 20, 30 minutes... Had to end up grabbing the tab... Left me with his one f**king drink."
Equana was left to pay the $184 bill but admitted the man messaged her later to say: "I offered to take you out for drinks and you ordered all that food - I can Cashapp the total for the drinks."
While the story was wild enough on its own, Equana was then forced to hit back after appearing to have left just $11 in a tip after her feast.
She responded to one of the comments calling her out, clarifying: "Baby, I left $11 cash and $15 on my card, and mine you I paid for [his] drink."
It still wasn't enough to appease her followers, however, as they pointed out that the customary 20% tip on an order of that size would actually be $36.80, not $26.
While she may have been a bit short on the tip, we're sure the amount of publicity her viral video has drummed up for the venue has more than made up for it.
