A woman on Twitter has hilariously shut down a guy who was convinced he knew where the clitoris is.
Blacking out the name of each part of the vagina, @lesfemmefataIe put her followers' biology knowledge to the test and joked: "Since men think they know everything, where's the clit".
In response to this, one man confidently wrote: "it's at the top, the third line to the right. give me my money."
However, what he didn't know was that he'd incorrectly identified the urethra as the clitoris, which is what people with vaginas use to urinate...
Yes, this is proof that a lot of people are quite literally in the dark when it comes to how vaginas work.
If your sexual knowledge is lacking, check out the trailer for Sex Education 2:While in this man's defense, he did have the general location right, as the correctly labeled diagram demonstrates, he still has a fair way to go when it comes to mastering his knowledge of the vagina.
Thankfully, the guy was cool about admitting his mistake, and he joked that he should have paid more attention in biology class. But it's safe to say that he wasn't the only one who didn't pay enough attention.
This comes as a 2013 study of 236 college students aged between 18-36 years found that men had a noticeable misunderstanding of where the clitoris is, proving that this isn't just a myth.
According to the study published in the National Library of Medicine, 44% of men were unable to "find" the clitoris and a surprising 22% of women struggled to locate it too.
Twitter users went to town on the guy for making the mistake with such confidence.
