I think we can all agree that we're in need of a laugh during this bleak time we're currently living in. And one creative lady - by the name of Clare Meardon - is doing her best to give us just that.
Meardon has shared a series of clips, taken by her husband Aidan, showing her walking her dog in different eye-popping costumes each day - from burlesque numbers to unicorn outfits.
Check out a compilation of the unique dog-walking trips:Per Caters, the 40-year-old from Porthleven in Cornwall has an array of striking costumes at home. But how have they come to be in her possession, you ask? Well, Meardon runs a dance school, called Savvy Studios, and the outfits are all performance costumes - made by hers truly.
Meardon decided to start wearing the costumes while walking her labrador Hendrix after she sent a photo of herself wearing one of them to her friends. When a pal bet she wouldn't go out of her house wearing one of her self-made outfits, Meardon proved them wrong.
When she posted the first clip online, she couldn't get enough of people's overjoyed reactions to the outfits. It made her realize that she was doing people a real service by keeping them entertained while they self-isolate and practice social distancing amid the UK's coronavirus lockdown.
The next day, Meardon, confident as ever, stepped out with her pooch dressed as a ballerina - complete with pointed shoes. From then on, there was a new video each day.
Per Caters, the dance school principal is doing this primarily to make people laugh - particularly at a time when fear, loneliness, and anxiety are at their peak.
Aside from her hysterical dog-walking clips, Clare is also offering free classes on her Savvy Studio socials in order to help keep people active during quarantine.
