A young woman's reaction to getting hired has gone viral on social media - and it's doing a pretty good job of cheering everybody up during this pandemic.
Dakara Spence, the lady who gave her the job, posted the sweet moment on Instagram with the caption, "So I just hired this young girl and this was her response."
This is the adorable moment she did a celebration dance after getting hired:The footage was captured by surveillance cameras and caught the moment, following the interview, that the girl looked around to check if she was alone before breaking out into an animated dance.
And as you'd imagine, the short video garnered a very positive response from people who were touched by the wholesome clip.
One user wrote: "Dear God, Thank you for blessing this young lady with a job that she is excited about. Continue to bless her and have her grow with her employer. I pray that she is trained to be an exceptional employee and that she does the same for someone when it’s her turn. Amen."

Another said: "She's ready to work, I love it. Ppl need to stop judging her appearance. Sis is ready to work and that's all that matters. Circumstances probably prohibited her to look the part and she went anyways."

A third commenter wrote: "As an entrepreneur, these moments where we get to create meaningful opportunities for people to pursue their dreams is one of the biggest highlights of my life."

Another commenter defended the young woman's interview outfit, writing: "Congratulations to this young lady. Meanwhile, everyone is talking about her scarf and slippers let's talk about how you just gave her an opportunity to provide for herself and family in such troubling times [sic]."
The new hire, whose handle is @kalaxxyy_ on Instagram, recently took to the photo-sharing app to talk about going viral.
"I didn't even know they did that yo!" she said excitedly, calling her new employer "a blessing"
"She called me this morning, she was like 'I caught your dance yesterday, you went viral! You went on TikTok and you were 20million views!'" she explained. "I was like 'What? Nah, you lying. I gotta see for myself.' Lo and behold."
