This past year or so has not been kind to those of us who fancy ourselves a bit of gym fanatic. In many parts of the world, non-essential establishments and businesses have been forced to close - and this includes sport and fitness centers.
For many of us, this has meant giving up the very fitness regime that has helped us achieve a toned physique.
Well, it turns out that this has left a gap in the market for retailers who are now cashing in on our misfortune by selling six-pack bodysuits with bulging pecs and biceps...

As you might expect, these bodysuits allow the wearer to give off the impression that they have Hulk Hogan-like arms and those classic washboard abs. They're being sold by various online retailers including one from China known as Taobao.
Taobao is currently selling Smitzen bodysuits, which are made from 100% silicone. And depending on which part of your body, you want to bulk up - you can get ones for your upper body, lower body, or you can even get a full bodysuit
In photos of the ingenious product, a male model can be seen wearing the muscle costume, showing off a supposedly ripped body - a look that is actually the result of a thick layer of medical-grade silicone.

The suit looks incredibly realistic, even featuring smaller details such as arm veins and collarbones.
However, if you're interested in getting your hands on a six-pack bodysuit, you'll have to be prepared to shell out a fairly large amount.
On Taobao, the muscular bodysuit will set you back from anywhere around $122 to $613 depending on several factors, which include the size and type of frame required.
On eBay, one seller in the UK is offering a torso bodysuit for a hefty sum of £259.99 ($354).

And it gets much more expensive with AliExpress charging an eyewatering sum of $471 for an upper-body Smitzen muscle suit.
Does the prospect of walking around with your very own six-pack sound worth the price you'd have to pay for it?
Or would you rather a.) work hard for a genuine set of abs or b.) just simply be happy with your natural physique - ripped chest or no ripped chest.
