Roslyn Singleton has tragically passed away aged 39, following a battle with brain cancer, her husband has confirmed.
Roslyn - from North Carolina - often shared her journey through battling the disease on Instagram. She was first diagnosed in 2013, before going into remission for six years. Unfortunately, another tumor was found in 2019.
She went viral in 2020 after her husband, Ray Singleton, uploaded a video of himself serenading his wife with Daniel Caesar's 'Get You' before she underwent brain surgery.
Ray then went on to audition for America's Got Talent in season 16 with an incredibly heartfelt performance dedicated to his wife. Roslyn joined her husband on stage following his performance in what was a very moving moment.
Devastatingly, Roslyn has since passed away from the disease, Ray announced via his Instagram account.
The singer said: "WELL DONE!! Our wife earned her wings yesterday while peacefully sleeping right at home where she wanted to be. This road ahead is going to be INCREDIBLY long and difficult! She taught us all SOMETHING…
"She’s where we’re all trying to get one day so no need to be sad! Now we celebrate her legacy, her impact, her story & HER SPIRIT! She will LIVE FOREVER!!"
Tributes have been pouring in from well-wishers. Rapper DeJ Loaf said: "Thanks for showing us what love is ❤️🙏🏾🤍🤍 🕊," and DJ D-Nice added: "My deepest condolences to you and your family. You are an amazing person."


Model Cynthia Bailey said: "heart broken. she will be missed. she was a force. blessed to have spent time with your queen. l❤️🙏🏽❤️" and TV Personality Shaunie O'Neal gave her sympathies: "Rest well Queen, she will be missed. God bless you Will, we will be praying for you and your family 🙏🏾❤️ sending LOVE."


Fans of the couple also wanted to offer their condolences, with one stating: "Such LOVE and grace! Condolences to you & your family. #LongLiveRos," and a second offering support: "Thank you so much for sharing your love story. It’s one for the ages! #longliveros".

Roslyn had been in the Navy working as an executive administrative assistant in Afghanistan.
