at https://www.silverspoon.co.uk/privacy-policy further explained in the following paragraphs. - Subject to the winners’ rights under applicable data protection legislation, the Promoter shall be entitled to use and feature the names of the promotion winners for publicity purposes and winners agree that they will participate in any reasonable publicity arranged by the Promoter or its agencies.
- ThePromoterwillmakewinners’surnamesandcountyofresidenceavailableonrequesttoanyonewho sends a stamped self-addressed envelope to the Promoter within 10 weeks of the end of the Promotion Period, as required by the UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising and Direct & Promotional Marketing (the “Code”). The Promoter may also be asked to provide the same details to the Advertising Standards Authority (“ASA”) who publish and enforce the Code.
