Donald Trump has seemingly confirmed rumors he'll be running for the Oval Office in 2024.

In an undated video shared to social media, the former president confidently referred to himself as the "45th and 47th president" while playing golf.

Trump has been teasing his return to politics for months during rallies and interviews.

However, he has not yet officially announced his presidential campaign due to campaigning laws.

In the clip, the 75-year-old can be seen teeing up in a 'Make America Great Again' cap and white polo shirt.

As Trump prepares to take a shot, an unidentified man speaks from behind the camera, saying: "First on the tee, the 45th president of the United States."

"The 45th and 47th," Trump corrects him.

Their fellow players laugh and applaud him, saying: "Yes 47th - I love that," before adding: "Good on you Trump."

It may have just been talk from Trump, but many of his supporters are taking the clip as confirmation that he is teeing up for a 2024 presidential run.

"That’s all I needed to hear it’s official and now I’m am pumped!!! Go MAGA2024!!!!" one commented.

"Love the sound of that Mr. President!" added another.

Meanwhile, many thought that the video proved Trump is in good shape both politically and physically, as they praised his 15lb weight loss.

"Looking good Donald lost some lbs.," one person commented.

"STUD!" another simply wrote.

This is not the first time Trump has dropped hints about his 2024 presidential run.

During a sit-down interview with UK politician Nigel Farage on GB News, the former Commander in Chief implied that he had no choice but to make a bid for the Oval Office.

"If you love the country, you have no choice," he said when asked whether he was planning on re-entering politics.

"It's not a question ... this is a wonderful, beautiful life—but I like that too because I was helping people. That's why I did it," Trump added.

He also cited his approval ratings among Republicans, saying: "I think if I run, I'll get it."
