An adult star claims she was kicked out from her Airbnb after bedding 55 “barely legal” high school graduates.

Kay Manuel is the latest adult star making headlines for orchestrating X-rated challenges.

According to the Daily Mail, the 22-year-old claimed that she slept with 55 graduates in just 24 hours during Schoolies, which are the week-long holidays teens have after the end of their final exams. She also claimed to have had sex with 20 members of the same football team inside an Airbnb in the Gold Coast.

The rental company allegedly found out about the explicit content being filmed inside the penthouse and reportedly issued an eviction notice to Manuel, per News.com.au.

While officials have not disclosed the details of the adult star's exact matter, the company’s policy lists commercial pornography and sex work as “illegal and prohibited activities” in its properties.

In addition to this, a spokesperson for the Queensland Government, which runs an on-the-ground program called Safer Schoolies, said: “Irresponsible behavior on social media has the potential to ruin a school leavers’, or someone else’s, future.

“What is posted online can remain in the public domain for years to come,” they added.

The young adult star insists she did not breach rental terms.

She says she was told that she wouldn't be refunded the $15,000 already paid to rent the accommodation for the three weeks of Schoolies. “And they charged a cleaning fee even though there was no mess,” she added.

Manuel also contended that she was not taking advantage of the school leavers and said she performed a preliminary check that included Breathalyser tests, proof-of-age verification, and conversations about their boundaries and sexual desires.

“They know exactly what they’re getting themselves into,” she said. “If they want their face (shown) or don’t want their face (shown), they can decide for themselves.”

After her Airbnb crisis, Manuel went to Cavill Avenue to perform a “meet and greet” with graduates.

She has remarked that the online backlash "only encouraged" her to set her sights on breaking a new record of bedding over 1,000 boys in two weeks.

“I think this is going to become a trend, like we’ve seen with Black Friday sales,” she said about the sex stunts adult stars have been participating in. “This is similar to that. It’s our Black Friday as content creators.”

The adult star's online popularity comes after fellow performer Bonnie Blue had her Australian visa canceled amid growing controversy over her filming adult content with "barely legal" students.
