Ariana Grande has reassured fans after revealing she is recovering from a foot injury that could affect the way she performs during the final shows of her Eternal Sunshine tour.
The singer addressed her condition on her Instagram Stories on Monday, August 31, shortly before taking to the stage in London.

“My sweet petals,” Grande began, explaining that she would “need to be in cozy footwear” for that night's performance and potentially the following evening.
She revealed that she was “bandaged up underneath, recovering from a minor injury”, prompting concern among some of her followers.
However, Grande was quick to clarify that she had not suffered a sprain or a muscle injury.
Instead, she explained that it was “just a deep cut.”
“So when you see me tonight without my signature heels, or even possibly having a little trouble putting weight on that foot, that is why! but please do not fret,” she told fans.
Despite the injury, Grande confirmed that she would still perform as planned.
“On with the show and i am on the mend!” she wrote, adding that she was excited to get on stage for her fans “even if i am a few inches shorter than usual.”
The health update came just before Grande was scheduled to bring her Eternal Sunshine tour to an end today (September 1).
Following the conclusion of the tour, the singer is expected to reduce her public appearances after months of intense attention surrounding her health and appearance.
A representative for Grande previously told People that she intends to take “a step back from visibility” once the tour finishes.
The representative cited the “endless, ongoing public scrutiny” that has accompanied Grande's appearances in recent months.
A source close to the singer has also previously insisted that she is healthy, highlighting the physical demands of her performances.
The insider said Grande has continued performing “healthily and successfully at a very high level night after night,” with the tour set to conclude at London's O2 Arena on Tuesday, her 41st show in just three months.
For now, however, Grande appears determined to complete the final performances of her tour despite her injury, even if it means temporarily swapping her trademark heels for something considerably more comfortable.
