Family background and career
Fiona was raised in a creative family alongside her sisters, 17-year-old Mabel Painter and 10-year-old Nixie Barbara. Her parents, Chad Lowe and Kim Painter, were married in Los Angeles in 2010 following a few years of dating. Lowe was previously married to Academy Award-winning actress Hilary Swank from 1997 to 2007.
Lowe has enjoyed a successful career in television spanning several decades. He earned an Emmy Award for his performance on the ABC comedy-drama series Life Goes On and later gained widespread recognition for playing literature professor Byron Montgomery on the mystery series Pretty Little Liars. He is also the brother of actor Rob Lowe, who became famous as a 1980s teen icon and starred on the hit sitcom Parks and Recreation.
