OnlyFans creator Lily Phillips opened up about a disturbing personal discovery following a shoot for her adult content.
The popular internet personality, who went viral after claiming she slept with 101 men in a single day back in 2024, recounted the surprising medical incident during an episode of the podcast Annie Knight Unhinged hosted by her friend and fellow OnlyFans creator Annie Knight.
While catching up on set experiences, Knight asked her guest a direct question about whether her career in the adult industry had ever caused negative consequences for her well-being.
Phillips then recounted a specific incident involving a forgotten item that stayed inside her body for multiple days without her knowledge.
The conversation shed light on the unexpected physical hazards performers can face when filming group scenes, particularly when multiple adult stars are working together on a single set.
An unexpected discovery following a group scene
During the candid chat, Phillips explained the exact circumstances surrounding the situation after Knight asked if her job had ever impacted her health.
Phillips answered: "One time, I shot a group scene, where they were all using condoms. I found this condom at least three or four days later up inside me. And it was only just because I got my period."
When Knight responded by asking, "So it came out with your period?" Phillips detailed the aftermath and her frustration with her co-star.
Phillips said: "It was like a crime scene down there. At the time it was hilarious, but why did the dude not frickin’ tell me he lost his condom up there?"
Setting new personal boundaries
The health disclosure comes as Phillips has made significant adjustments in her personal life and career. The 25-year-old creator confirmed earlier this year that she is dating her Australian boyfriend Sammy, whom she met through Knight.
Although she remains active on OnlyFans, Phillips has established clear boundaries for future shoots with male performers. In a joint interview with the Daily Star published in May, Phillips shared that kissing other actors is completely off the table because the couple considers it the most intimate act.
"It's more like something we made as a decision together," Phillips explained. "We find kissing really intimate. I don't know why, but out of everything you do sexually, kissing is the most intimate thing."
She added: "And I wanted to save that for us. You don't need kissing to make porn, so I just took it off the table. It is quite nice just to have that just for us."
Sammy confirmed he fully supports her adult work and noted that he does not experience jealousy because she returns home to him at the end of the day.
Balancing busy work schedules with romance
Despite establishing strict boundaries, Phillips acknowledged that intensive filming schedules can occasionally affect her private life.
"I've got such high libido that it doesn't really matter too much anyway if I'm going to work and having sex," she admitted. "It depends on what kind of work I'm coming home from. Any big gangbangs, maybe leave it a night."
