The Spider-Man: No Way Home star opened up in a new Men’s Health interview and explained why he avoids joining Zendaya during her glitzy Hollywood premieres, even though he’s right there supporting her behind the scenes. And honestly? His reason just made him even more loveable (if that’s even possible).
“It’s not my moment, it’s her moment,” Tom said, referring to Zendaya’s red carpet events. “And if we go together, it’s about us.”

He made it clear that he’s not interested in stealing anyone’s spotlight, least of all Zendaya’s. Which is why, unless it’s absolutely necessary, he skips most of those high-profile events altogether.

“When I have kids, you will not see me in movies anymore,” Tom said with zero hesitation. “It’ll just be golf and dad. And I will just disappear off the face of the earth.”
