A married couple has recently gotten candid about how they became an adult site's "most viewed amateurs of 2022" and let's just say they're pretty proud of their title.
Speaking to BuzzFeed News, a 38-year-old Puerto Rican–born performer who goes by Yiny and her 42-year-old husband Leon have revealed their secret to holding the top spot for amateur performances on sites like Pornhub.
Last week, it was revealed that the 38-year-old was named Pornhub’s most-viewed amateur model of the year for the second year running, beating out the likes of younger performers such as Angel, Sweetie Fox, and D*ckForLily.
And what's the ultimate secret to their success? Their burning desire for one another.
The pair revealed that even after 20 years together, they still have an overwhelming sexual attraction for one another, one that clearly translates in their raunchy scenes.
"As we say in Puerto Rico, we're muy bellacos" - which means very horny - "always, all our lives," Yiny told the news outlet.
She continued: "We were always very sexual, and we said, 'Let's do p*rn.'"
Apart from their love of performing, the pair revealed that the rewards for their work were also extremely satisfying.
"I was in the military for 13 years," Leon said, "but I left because what I made in the army in a year, here I make in a month and a half, two months. It’s ridiculous."
The 38-year-old also agreed with her husband, describing the money as "addictive."
Since they started their careers in the adult entertainment industry, they've posted approximately 250 videos to Pornhub, amassing more than 1.2 billion views overall. Though Leon noted that his wife is the main attraction thanks to her "1500 cc silicone implants" and her voluptuous rear end, the couple have managed to secure a large fanbase across both their social media accounts.
And it shows through their earnings too.
In their first month the couple made more than $2,000 and they now amass between $15,000 and $25,000 every single month.
"I don’t consider myself a p*rn star," said Leon. "It's never going to be my intention to try to look professional or anything. But thank God people say, 'Wow, what great production you guys have.' Really, it’s just us with a cellphone."
But what really makes them stand out from an already saturated market is the "realness" behind their content. The couple said a lot of their videos are based outdoors, which feature them having sex mid-run or during a hike.
"I think that’s why we rose to the top — because everything looks so real,” Yiny explained, adding that in other videos on Pornhub "the ladies are so comfy on the grass, while we're on top of rocks, trees... anywhere."
As for their plans for the future, the couple are hoping to keep their crown as the most-viewed amateurs by venturing out into unknown territory.
"We want to try trios for 2023," Yiny said. "We've never done girl–girl videos before. We'll definitely make it happen."
