The Plymouth shooting suspect reportedly had an obsession with "incel" culture and ranted about being a virgin online.
Jake Davison, 22, killed six people including himself on August 12 after he went on a shooting rampage that began with him taking the life of his mother, 51-year-old Maxine, with a pump-action shotgun at her home before shooting others outside seemingly at random, the Daily Mail reports.
Describing himself as a "f***ing fat ugly virgin", Davison revealed his obsession with "incel" - involuntarily celibate - culture in his now-deleted Reddit account and on YouTube under the name "Professor Waffle".
In his last, deleted YouTube video, Davison said, per the paper: "You wake up and you stare at the wall and you're thinking um nothing's changed but I'm still in the same position, same period in life, still a f***ing this, that virgin f***ing fat ugly, what.
"I like to think sometimes, you know, I'm a Terminator or something. And despite, despite, um, you know reaching almost total system failure he keeps trying to accomplish his mission."
Watch a repost of the disturbing footage below:The incel movement has previously been linked to a number of mass shootings in the US, including that of Elliot Rodger who took the lives of six people in May 2014 before killing himself, the Daily Mail reports.
Members of the online subculture believe that they are genetically predisposed to be unattractive to women, hence their involuntary celibate status, and many have developed a total hatred of them as a result.
Pictured below is a public vigil for Davison's victims, which included a three-year-old girl, as per the Independent.

"I'm almost 23," Davison wrote in one Reddit post, the Independent reports. "Don't even know how to meet even 1 women haven't [spoken] to one at all since I was 17 [sic]."
In another post, the suspect moaned that women were "very picky" about the men they chose to have relationships with.
Davison also explicitly refers to incel culture in a post about the "black pill", which is a term used by incels to state that they are unsuccessful with women because of genetics.
The Daily Mail reports that Davison also liked videos about guns on Facebook and shared a number of quotes from Donald Trump and a picture of a statue holding a rifle in front of the American flag.
Per ITV News, police have named Davison's five victims as Maxine Davison, his 51-year-old mother, three-year-old Sophie Martyn and her 40-year-old father Lee Martyn, 59-year-old Stephen Washington, and 66-year-old Kate Shepherd.
