Brian Laundrie's neighbors are reportedly charging media outlets to set up in their yards, as per TMZ.

This comes after local law enforcement tried to reduce vast swathes of press who were flocking to the area by prohibiting them from parking on the street.

Now, the publication claims that Laundrie's neighbors are accommodating journalists by setting up tents, providing them with wifi, chairs, water, and toilets — but, at a price.

In a video shared by TMZ, cameras can be seen in several yards and driveways across the street — which are allegedly costing the media up to $3,500 a week. This means that reporters are able to continue their work, while dodging law enforcement's recent mandate on parking.

Gabby Petito, 22, went missing while on a road trip across the US with her fiancé, Brian Laundrie. The travel blogger was confirmed dead by the FBI on September 21, after her remains were discovered inside a Wyoming national park

Laundrie, 23, was named "a person of interest" in the case, after he returned home to Florida alone on September 1, and refused to cooperate with law enforcement.

He is now the subject of a nationwide manhunt after he was reportedly last seen by his family on September 14 — and a federal court in Wyoming has issued a warrant for his arrest.

On September 23, prosecutors indicted Laundrie for alleged "use of unauthorized access devices".

The warrant accuses him of taking a Capital One debit card that wasn't his own and cashing up a $1,000 spend from August 31 through September 1, per the indictment.

This appears to violate a federal statute, and Laundrie has been indicted by a federal grand jury.

Special Agent in charge Michael Schneider said: "While this warrant allows law enforcement to arrest Mr Laundrie, the FBI and our partners across the country continue to investigate the facts and circumstances of Petito’s homicide.

"We urge individuals with knowledge of Mr Laundrie’s role in this matter or his current whereabouts to contact the FBI."
