In a chilling turn in the 55-year-old’s ongoing federal trial, jurors were shown video evidence for the first time - footage depicting the rapper’s alleged drug-fueled sex marathons known as freak offs.
And one of the men featured in the clips, a male escort known as "The Punisher", says he had no idea he was ever being filmed.
Sharay Hayes, a former exotic dancer who says he was paid $800 to have sex with singer Cassie Ventura while Combs watched, told the Daily Mail: “I'm shocked that there is a video because whatever video was taken was something that was done candidly without my knowledge."
"I never saw any video or anything to that degree. So, my first reaction is just shocked that something is out there," he added.
The footage, shown in court on Monday (June 16), is central to the case in which Combs is facing charges of racketeering, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution - all of which he denies.
Only the judge, jury, witness, and involved parties were allowed to view the explicit clips. The defense team wasn’t shown the videos in court, as their screens are visible to the public and press.
According to CNN, jurors were shown three video clips totaling just over two minutes, taken from longer recordings originally filmed in October 2012, October 2014, and December 2014.
The outlet reported the courtroom reaction was grim; most jurors remained “stone-faced,” while one woman covered her face with her hand and another visibly winced.
The graphic videos were introduced during testimony from Special Agent DeLeassa Penland, who guided jurors through travel documents and text messages prosecutors say tie Combs and Ventura to arranging a 2012 freak off at New York’s Trump International Hotel, The Independent reported.
As part of that timeline, Hayes testified last month that he was hired to create “sexy, erotic scenes” with the 38-year-old 'Me & U' singer while a naked man watched from the corner. At the time, Hayes said he didn’t realize the man was Diddy and that he was “specifically told to not acknowledge him,” per BBC News.
He claimed he had between eight and twelve encounters with Cassie under the disgraced mogul’s direction, during which he said she would sometimes “wince or sigh".

Ventura has already testified that Combs used recorded videos to intimidate and control her, recounting a disturbing 2013 incident on a commercial flight where he played one of the explicit clips in front of other passengers.
“I said, ‘You are embarrassing me,’” she testified, per NBC News. “I was scared, I felt trapped. How do you get out of this situation?”
She further claimed that when they landed in the US, Combs insisted on another sexual encounter “so he wouldn't be angry or hurt me,” and that he used the tapes as a tool of blackmail. “He would make me look like a sl**,” she said on the stand.
The trial, now in its sixth week, will continue.
