Three members of a Tennessee family have been found dead after going missing earlier this month.

As reported by Fox17, Hickman County police have found the bodies of 33-year-old Jeremy Cook, 29-year-old Johanna Manor, and Manor's eight-year-old daughter Adalicia after their disappearance on January 16.

Relatives and friends of the family became concerned about their whereabouts after Jeremy and Johanna failed to turn up for work, and Adalicia was absent from school. After the family's babysitter requested a welfare check on January 21, nobody was found at home.

This led to Adalicia's biological father filing a missing persons alert, Fox17 adds.

After authorities gained access to the family's home and found information for another cell phone, a location ping led them to a crashed vehicle south of I-840 on the 3700 block of Boston Theta Road in Williamson County.

A GoFundMe page set up by Johanna's sister, Jennifer Biggs, explains: "They had ended up hitting a patch of ice and wrecked, causing them to go down a 100 foot drop off into the woods below."

The donation page has been set up to cover the funerals of all three family members, and has currently received over $7,000 in donations, with the goal set at $30,000.

WSMV has reported that the crash is currently still under investigation by the Tennessee Highway Patrol.

Biggs told the outlet: "It was snowy and cold still, and the roads were kind of icy. I don't understand what happened."

She added: "If I would have known I would have been out looking on the roads for her sooner... I swear I would have. I didn't know."

Family friend Erica Johnson also spoke to WKRN about the tragedy, saying: "It's sad that her family and friends had to be her biggest advocate's to even look for them to get the word out there.

"They will be extremely missed. They had a beautiful eight-year-old little girl who will be extremely missed," Johnson added.

Our thoughts are with Jeremy, Johanna, and Adalicia's family and friends at this time.
