Convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein’s name is back in the headlines for a reason no one asked for: a fresh claim about the bizarre shape of his genitals.
Rina Oh (who has long alleged she was one of the many young women groomed and abused by Epstein) made the unsettling revelation during a recent Substack conversation with magazine legend Tina Brown.
“He had an extremely deformed penis,” Oh, 46, told Brown, via The New York Post.
“Some people have described it as the shape of an egg. I think it was more of the shape of a lemon, and it was really small when it was fully erect. It was probably like two inches.”
Rumours first surfaced in a 2009 deposition
Surprisingly, Epstein’s alleged “egg-shaped” anatomy isn’t new information. The rumour first circulated back in 2009 during a civil lawsuit deposition where Epstein was questioned about claims made by underage victims.

A resurfaced clip shows the attorney calmly, and brutally, asking: “Is it true, sir, that you have what is described as an egg-shaped penis?”
Before Epstein could answer, his lawyer barged in to warn that the deposition would end immediately if the questioning continued down that road.
The attorney pressed on anyway, adding: “One witness described your penis as oval-shaped, it was thick towards the bottom but was thin and small towards the head portion and called it egg-shaped.”
Seconds later, Epstein’s lawyer shut the whole thing down.
Oh suggests Epstein’s anatomy played a role in his behaviour
In her new interview, Oh didn’t just describe Epstein’s alleged deformity – she suggested it could have contributed to his predatory conduct.
She speculated that Epstein’s “miniscule” size and unusual shape could have been a major insecurity that fuelled his disturbing behaviour towards young women.
The mother-of-two claims she was first pulled into Epstein’s orbit around 2000, when he and Ghislaine Maxwell pretended to be interested in her artwork.

Oh also opened up about the volatile dynamic she says she witnessed between Epstein and his longtime associate (and later-convicted accomplice) Ghislaine Maxwell. “Their relationship was very awful, very strange,” she said.

According to Oh, she never assumed the two were romantically involved. Instead, she saw what she describes as a chaotic partnership filled with jealousy, sniping, and constant tension.
“I actually didn’t ever suspect that the two of them were having any type of a romantic relationship. I thought she was an associate of his, especially when I saw them fighting. Ghislaine was snickering at him in that British accent and they were throwing insults at each other," she said, per The New York Post.
A disturbing detail in a much larger story
While the internet is predictably running wild with this latest claim, Oh’s interview adds yet another unsettling detail to the already horrifying picture surrounding Epstein and Maxwell’s abuse network.
And with more victims continuing to share their experiences, it’s clear this story is far from fading away.
