People have theory as Melania walks off after 12-second 'argument' with Donald Trump at Freedom 250 event
Donald and Melania Trump have caused rumors to circulate online following an apparent altercation between the couple at the Freedom 250 Grand Prix on Sunday.
The IndyCar series event was being hosted in Washington, D.C., as part of the country’s ongoing celebrations of 250 years of Independence.

Despite the cause for celebration, it appears neither Trump nor the First Lady were in a particularly jubilant mood, with relations between the pair appearing strained after a video of them went viral.
The video, which has since amassed millions of views online, shows Melania and Trump locked in an intense conversation, with neither looking particularly pleased.
Following the apparent heated discussion between the US leader and his wife, Melania then walks off, leaving Trump sitting, talking to another official.
Several commenters have highlighted that Melania leaves soon after Natalie Harp, the White House Appointments Secretary, arrives.
Increased speculation around Trump’s relationship with Harp has drawn scrutiny, with his closest aide nearly always on hand, especially in Trump's convoy while traveling, as well as at significant events.
So much so, Jon Ossoff, the Democratic Senator for Georgia, even quipped that Trump was no longer interested in being the US leader, claiming, “He wants to build his ballroom and travel with Natalie,” prompting backlash from those in Trump’s administration.
With Melania’s public appearances becoming fewer and further between, murmurs around the future of their long-standing marriage have become louder, particularly since Harp’s introduction into the equation as one of Trump's closest aides.
Social media speculates around apparent feud and affair
A number of users took to X to voice their theories on what the discussion between the two was about, with one saying: “Looks like Trump and Melania were arguing over something at the Freedom 250 event today. My guess is it’s Natalie Harp.”
Another added, “Melania leaves as soon a Natalie Harp is spotted in the booth.”
A third quipped: I wonder if it has anything to do with Trump‘s close aid Natalie? Melania couldn’t care less what Trump‘s relationship with Natalie is, but it humiliates her because it’s in public.”
