Alleged explicit texts uncover disturbing relationship between student and teacher who is TikToker Noah Beck's sister
Haley Beck, the sister of social media superstar Noah Beck, is under investigation for a potential charge related to pandering (inducing another to engage in prostitution).
The Arizona teacher has been accused of sexually abusing a student at Centennial High School, according to a statement of charges obtained by People, though these submittals are currently under "additional investigation."
It further stated that a Peoria Unified School District investigation allegedly found that Haley offered oral sex to a former high schooler.
Haley, 27, is one of two teachers who have been accused of sexually abusing the same student, as the Maricopa County Attorney's office confirmed that both she and Angela Burlaka are being investigated, though the latter could face a charge for furnishing obscene material to a minor.
"These submittals are currently under review, and there is no timeline available for when a charging decision will be made," the spokesperson from the Attorney's Office said.
Claims made against Haley Beck
The statement of charges obtained by the publication revealed that Haley had reportedly offered oral sex to a student at the time, while also offering to buy them tequila.
She also allegedly sent him $630 via Apple Pay, as the investigation into Haley's case includes over 4,000 texts between her and the student from June 21 to August 2, 2025.
These messages included discussions on meeting up to have sex, drinking alcohol, smoking cannabis and numerous references to oral sex.
The statement of charges stated that Haley started grooming the student before he had turned 18, though school officials claimed that a "quid pro quo" relationship had developed.
Concerns were raised when it was claimed that "she let him borrow her car keys in December 2024 to get his Christmas presents from her car."
Reports were also filed against Haley for putting the student's grades up and falsifying his attendance record.
Text message exchanges with the teenager
Investigation findings claim that Haley was saved as "Sneaky Link" on his Snapchat account, while she also called herself a "Sugar Momma", while calling him a "Sugar Baby."
One transaction from the teacher allegedly read: “This money exchange just felt like straight prostitution."
A text from Haley to the teenage student said: "Wyd tomorrow I'll suck your d**k then. Like prioritize me if you want my mouth around ur d**k."
Another allegedly read: "Need approx. 1 day break from sucking d**k my throat is not well."
Haley's termination following an internal investigation
A Title IX decision maker allegedly recommended the teacher be fired, after Haley had "developed a sexual relationship", which included "predatory practices."
They detailed: "Since grooming did occur, any sexual conduct after the date of consent is unwelcome. Within the teacher-student relationship, the behavior is also severe, pervasive, and objectively offensive.
"In the text messages, there were sexually-charged conversations and admission of sexual behaviors between students and teachers are "severe" and "objectively offensive"."
Speaking to 12 News, Haley's lawyer, Matthew Long, said that his client will "respect" the criminal justice process, but was confident that she had "committed no crimes."
"Like any individual subject to investigation, Ms. Beck is entitled to due process. We are confident that a complete review of the facts will confirm her innocence," he insisted.
Peoria Unified School District comments on the case
A statement from the Peoria Unified School District to Tyla read: "Since the Peoria Police Department brought forward allegations against Ms. Beck, the District had to wait for the Peoria Police to conclude their investigation.
"Peoria Police has since shared their findings with the Maricopa County Attorney's Office to determine if criminal charges are supported.
"Following the Peoria Police investigation, the District conducted a comprehensive internal investigation under the provisions of Title IX. After a review of the investigator’s findings, the decision maker found that Ms. Beck groomed a student, which resulted in her having a sexual relationship with that student, and therefore recommended her termination."
They confirmed that she was fired, further claiming that "the District is making the Statement of Charges available" for members of the public to be clued up on the nature of the allegations.
