Ole Miss fan who went viral after camera panned to her reveals shocking DMs she has received since
A woman who went viral after she was pictured on ESPN watching college football has revealed the shocking messages she has received since she was filmed during an Ole Miss game.
College football returned with a bang last weekend, but it was off-the-field incidents that really got people talking, with a woman going viral after being captured enjoying a game.
Ole Miss fan goes viral after ESPN cameras capture her reactions to game
The young woman in question, Sara M. Smith, was picked up by ESPN’s cameraman during a tension-filled third quarter, as she nervously watched on with her hands above her head, with Ole Miss narrowly edging Louisville by three points.
Yet, it wasn’t her involvement in the game that had people clamoring for her Instagram handle, but rather her beauty, with accounts online moving quickly to track her down.
This season’s newest heartthrob allegedly had to change her privacy settings and was forced to make her Instagram page private after she was inundated with likes, follows, and an inbox full of messages.
Woman reveals disturbing messages she has received since
Unsurprisingly, Sara has since been in receipt of thousands of follow requests from admirers, with the blonde bombshell even sharing the contents of some of the messages she has received.
While some were initially playful and funny, with one requesting that she "bankrupt me”, as well as those listing off their height, salary, romantic résumé, and “god-fearing” credentials, others weren’t so tongue-in-cheek.
Some of the messages quickly became inappropriate, with an unidentified user saying: “Let’s make babies.”
While another offered an entire Whole Foods shop, as well as claiming: “I can save you! Don’t be so sad beautiful aweeee.”
Sara has amassed almost 3,000 followers on Instagram and has kept her profile private to avoid further bizarre requests.
Social media also responded to the video with some X users even going as far as predicting her next move: "Now all the simps will shower her with attention. She'll make an OF, we'll lose a potential family that could've been built and the same simps will eventually complain about too many women having OFs. Never simp."
Another X user commented: "Viral because virgins and thirsty boys have access to internet..."
Much to the dismay of commenters, Sara appears to have a partner, with the couple pictured reportedly together on her Instagram page.
