Seattle police are investigating a reported shooting inside the Capitol Hill Organized Protest (CHOP) Zone. This is the second reported shooting in 48 hours.
Writing on the official Seattle Police Department Twitter account, a spokesperson said:
"Police investigating reported shooting inside CHOP zone. One person at HMC with gun shot wound. Hearing reports of a second shooting, but have not be able to verify at this time. Conflicting reports, will update with more information when available."
According to KOMO News, police say that one person has been transported to Harborview Medical Center with a gunshot wound.

A spokesperson with Harborview Medical Center said they received a gunshot wound victim in a serious condition at around 11:00PM on Sunday night. They added that the victim was transported to the hospital in a private vehicle.
According to KOMO News reporter Kara Kostanich, witnesses say 10 shots were fired from a vehicle at 12th Street and Olive. She wrote on Twitter:
"Witness at 12th and Olive says he saw a black minivan blazing up Olive then do a u-turn. He heard about 10 shots fire from that vehicle. Harborview confirms one person arrived with a gunshot wound via a private vehicle."
Seattle police say they are hearing reports of a second shooting, but are currently unable to verify this.
This shooting is the second to be reported from the Seatle CHOP Zone in 48 hours.
As per a press release on the official Seattle Police Department website, Homicide detectives are investigating following a fatal shooting that occurred on June 20 at approximately 2:30AM at 10th Avenue and East Pine Street.
A statement read: "One man was declared deceased at the hospital and another male is being treated for life-threatening injuries."
The statement adds that any attempt by the police to enter the CHOP Zone was met by violent protesters:

Officers were later informed that the victims, both males, had been transported to Harborview Medical Center by CHOP 'medics'."
