A man who claims that he "died and went to Heaven" has shared the three big lessons he learned in the afterlife.
Back in 2003, Vincent Tolman, then 25, ordered a dietary supplement from Thailand, hoping to enhance his fitness regimen.
Little did he know, this decision would trigger a series of events leading to a glimpse into the afterlife.
The dangerous bodybuilding supplement contained a lethal dose of GHB, and after consuming it, Tolman and his friend quickly succumbed to its harmful effects.
"We pulled into the Dairy Queen, I went directly into the restaurant and went straight for the bathroom. The supplement itself has a sedative effect when you have that much of it, and it was putting my body to sleep," he recalled, per Daily Star.
“I was passing in and out of consciousness and my heart was starting to slow down. The last thing I remember was seeing the whole room start to spin on me and I passed out onto the ground on my back. My body started to vomit to try to eject what was causing all this and as it did, I breathed it into my lungs so I suffocated," he added.
Tolman's condition quickly deteriorated, leading to suffocation and an eventual clinical death, marked by paramedics zipping him into a body bag.
However, fate had other plans. An intuitive EMT decided to reopen the body bag, defying protocol and miraculously revived Tolman after 45 harrowing minutes.

Tolman spent the following three days in a coma, with his heartbroken family rushing to his side.
While doctors fought to bring him back to the physical world, he claims his spirit was on a journey through what he describes as "heaven," guided by a figure in white.
He said that one of the most impactful experiences during his spiritual voyage was a comprehensive life review. He relived every important moment of his life, not just from his perspective but through the eyes and emotions of those his actions impacted.
This powerful recap of his life showed him how even small acts of kindness could change lives without him realizing it. It also taught him three key lessons on the true essence of life.
The first lesson was that living truthfully is the essence of a life well-spent. The second was understanding that life's purpose revolves around growth and learning rather than being subjected to judgment.
And the last lesson was to embrace unconditional love for all - humans, animals, and nature alike.

After Tolman's transcendental experience, he had to make an important decision: remain in the peaceful realm he had entered or return to his physical body.
He chose to return to life after his guide, identified as his great-grandfather, told him about the heartache his potential death would cause his family, particularly his mother.
Today, Tolman is a life coach and has channeled his near-death experiences and newfound wisdom into a book titled: "The Light After Death: My Journey to Heaven and Back."
He hopes these lessons will help others find meaning and peace in their lives.
