Perhaps the most glaring transformation is the decision made by Caitlyn, formerly known as Bruce, to reveal her identity as a trans woman and undergo a physical transformation in accordance with this identity. This change has shaken the family to its core - and the fallout has played out during the programme - including a bitter feud with Kris following the publishing of Caitlyn's book which painted her in a negative light, as well as the knock-on effects of such bad blood - evidenced by a fragmenting relationship between Caitlyn and her step-daughters Khloe and Kim.
