A shooting has taken place 20 minutes outside Baltimore, in Emmorton Business Park. Harford County Sheriff Jeffrey Gahler said that it was a "targeted attack", but information surrounding suspects is ambiguous.
"We have lost three lives so far this morning in Harford County," he said, confirming a death toll of 3 people. An additional two people are in a critical condition, placing the total number of victims at five.

Right now, Maryland Police have a photograph of a suspect, a 37-year-old man named Radee Labeeb Prince.
