The mom of a woman who transforms herself into a horse has spoken out about her daughter's "odd" antics.
Nicole, one of the stars of TLC's notorious program My Strange Addiction, opened up on the series about her obsession with 'pony play.'
For those of you that might not be familiar with the unique lifestyle - and I use that term lightly - pony play is the act of roleplay wearing a costume, and in this instance, it just so happens to be a horse.
"You become an animal mentally, and act accordingly," Nicole said, before commenting on how much she enjoys the practise.
"Being a pony is amazing. For me, this is probably the biggest source of happiness in my life," she said.

The 31-year-old who is from San Diego, California exposed some finer details of her life stating that she's been roleplaying as a four-legged pony for half a decade, and has spent thousands of dollars on different costumes.
"What other people think, that doesn’t bother me," she said. "You know, this is who I am. Accept me or don’t, but I’m not changing for anyone."
She continued: "I could not imagine my life without pony play in it. I love my addiction to pony play more than flies love c**p!
"Pony play allows me to indulge in the pretend play that all of us came to know and love as a child," she added.
On the show, we saw Nicole dressed in a black one-piece with black and white face paint and ears to try and resemble a horse character named Drafter. She even went as far as getting down on all fours and eating veggies just with her mouth...
"Drafter is a very hardworking horse and really enjoys praise and treats," she said.
In another snippet, Drafter is seen with a trainer so she can learn various exercises as well as other tricks to get her into her character completely.
"Grooming is definitely one of my favorite things to have done," she said, before moving on to her "training" which involved wheeling a cart around as an act of "love."
While she might enjoy horsing around, her mom seems to be less than impressed about the idea.
"It is definitely odd to see my daughter dressed up as a horse," she said. "If a person wants to dress up like an animal, that’s weird."
And Nicole's aunt is also not too fond of 'pony play' either, stating that she thought her niece looked "ridiculous."
"Holy cow... Holy horse! I thought it looked pretty ridiculous," she recalled of the moment she first saw Nicole in her pony play outfit, adding it felt like a total "mind bend."
However, that didn't stop her aunt from praising her for doing what makes her happy.
"I know you beat to your own drum, you know?", she told her. "So do what you do."
