A rescue dog whose matted fur left him barely able to walk because has become Internet famous after a life-changing haircut. The poor 11-year-old stray Shih Tzu also struggled to see because his eyes were covered by the overgrown hair. When he was taken to the KC Pet Project in Kansas, his fur had turned a dark brown colour and the teeny pooch weighed a whopping 20lbs because of the excess hair.
