Tammy Slaton's family has suggested she may be pregnant after questioning why the 1000-Lb Sisters star opted to get married so quickly.
Tammy, 36, found fame on the reality show following her and her sister Amy Slaton as the pair tried to lose weight to benefit their health.
She recently delighted fans by showing off the results of her efforts and, according to The Sun, Tammy has lost around 300 lbs in total.
As well as working on her health and fitness, Tammy also ended up finding love while at a rehabilitation center, and married husband Caleb Willingham in November last year.
She and Caleb, 39, had got to know each other at the rehab center and tied the knot in front of 30 friends and family last year, per People.
While her whirlwind romance was based on the couple's shared experiences and being a great support to one another, Tammy's family have questioned whether there was another reason for her and Caleb to head down the aisle so soon.
In an upcoming episode of 1000-Lb Sisters, Tammy's family is seen speculating whether it was actually a shotgun wedding because she is pregnant with Caleb's baby.
One of her family members is seen in the clip, shared by ET, asking: "I'm going to ask the question that all four of us is really dying to really want to know. Are you pregnant?"
Tammy responds: "Nobody's having a shotgun wedding," as another family member comments: "Well it is awful soon."
In a confessional, Tammy adds: "The heck? I ain't pregnant. This is crazy. I can't believe my family thinks I'm getting married because I'm pregnant. That's stupid."
She then explained that she wanted to get married sooner so that the friends the couple has made in the rehab center would be able to attend their ceremony.
"I get it and we both understand, but people here would like to come, my friends, the family we've made here," Tammy explained.
Her sister Amy made her feelings clear in her own confessional, joking: "Thank God. Next step is to get on birth control."
Tammy's family also quizzed her on the details of her love life with Caleb, with another asking: "When you and Caleb be hugging and kissing on each other, y'all be rubbing trachs together?", referring to the tracheostomy tubes in the couple's necks to help them to breathe more easily.
"I can't stand you," Tammy responds, before admitting later: "I'm nervous. I just want my family to support me and be happy for me. It's my life and I should get what I want."
Tammy recently showed off the results of her weight loss so far on Instagram, sharing a series of selfies showing her slimmed-down face to the delight of her fans.
They were also over the moon to see that Tammy was able to get back to living a more conventional life as she continues on her fitness journey, and was able to sit in the front seat of a car again after losing weight.
1000-Lb Sisters airs Tuesdays at 9:00 PM ET/PT on TLC.
