Al Pacino has reportedly been ordered to pay $30,000 a month in child support to his girlfriend Noor Alfallah for their baby born earlier this year.

The 83-year-old Scarface star welcomed his baby son Roman with the 29-year-old Sony producer after it was revealed in May 2023 that she was eight months pregnant with his child.

The pair had started dating during the Covid-19 pandemic and their relationship became publicly known in April 2022, with sources later stating that the pregnancy was not planned despite their ongoing relationship.

Alfallah filed for custody in September this year, though the reasons for which have not been made public, and the reported terms of their agreement have now been shared.

According to Hello's report, court documents state that Pacino must pay over $30,000 a month in child support for the baby, as well as an initial sum of $110,000 which must be paid upfront.

He is also allegedly responsible for $13,000 designated for a night nurse as well as agreeing to pay any of the child's medical costs not covered by insurance, and reportedly has also been instructed to contribute $15,000 annually toward an education fund for his son.

Pacino is granted joint legal custody alongside Alfallah, who will maintain primary physical custody of their child.

Sources close to the couple had told TMZ that the pregnancy wasn't planned when the news broke, and Roman became the fourth child for the legendary actor.

He also has daughter Julie, 34, with acting coach Jan Tarrant, and 22-year-old twins Olivia and Anton with actress Beverly D’Angelo.

Pacino, who is best known for his roles as Tony Montana in Scarface and Michael Corleone in The Godfather trilogy, had opened up about his joy at becoming a father again later in life, saying in a video obtained by the Daily Mail: "It always has been. I’ve got many kids, but this is really special coming at this time."

The actor has never been married despite having been linked to several women throughout his life, but says that fatherhood is one of his greatest joys.

Alfallah meanwhile had previously been linked to Mick Jagger, 80, before striking up a romance with Pacino amid the pandemic.

It is not known why the pair appeared to have ended their relationship in recent months, but they will continue to co-parent their son.

TMZ reported at the time that the pregnancy came as a "shock" to the actor, with sources saying that Pacino was not planning on having a fourth child.

However, an insider revealed to DailyMail.com that the couple "could not be happier," with their newborn, and the source squashed any assumption that Alfallah had kept Pacino in the dark or that it was for financial gain, given she is from a wealthy family herself.

"She's wanted to have a baby for years and Al could not be happier. He loves Noor and the feeling is mutual," they claimed at the time.
