Al Pacino's girlfriend Noor Alfallah has reportedly filed for physical custody of the couple's son - just months after giving birth.
As previously reported, the 83-year-old Godfather actor and his 29-year-old partner's representative confirmed to Daily Mail that the couple are parents to a baby boy named Roman Alfallah Pacino.
According to the publication, the pair - who have been romantically linked since April 2022 - welcomed their newborn at Cedar's Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles in June.
The birth of the baby has made Pacino a father for the fourth time, as he already shares 22-year-old twins Olivia Pacino and Anton James Pacino with Beverly D'Angelo, and daughter Julie Pacino, 33, with Jan Tarrant.
Three months after welcoming a baby together, it has been reported by various outlets that the pair have split.
In addition to this, legal documents obtained by The Blast revealed that the Kuwaiti-American film producer has now filed for physical custody of her newborn.
The document states that the award-winning star can have "reasonable visitation" of Roman and requests that he accept joint legal custody - allowing him to participate in major decisions concerning their baby boy such as religion, medical treatment, and education.
As for child support, an exact amount has not been disclosed in this initial filing, but according to California law, the income of each parent is to be established first.
In this situation, the Scarface legend will most likely be the one paying a monthly amount considering how much money he makes per year. Also, Alfallah has reportedly asked Pacino to pay for her legal fees and any costs associated with the case.
Furthermore, the outlet states that a Voluntary Declaration of Parentage (or Paternity) was signed by both parties - six days after baby Roman was born. The legal document, which a third-party witness also signed, acknowledged Pacino's paternity of the child.
Alfallah also debunked speculations in the court filing, revealing that she conceived the three-month-old baby in California after engaging in "sexual intercourse" with the Hollywood icon.
The Scent of a Woman star - whose full name is Alfredo James Pacino - had been quietly dating Alfallah since the pandemic, according to a Page Six report at the time. The pair were first photographed together last April after they were spotted at an art exhibition alongside Aquaman actor Jason Momoa.
However, the staggering 54-year age gap between the couple led to a mixed reaction to their romance. But interestingly enough, Pacino is not the first celebrity the film graduate has been linked to as her past romances include 78-year-old Rolling Stones frontman Mick Jagger and billionaire investor Nicolas Berggruen, 60.
Prior to the baby's birth in June, the veteran actor addressed Alfallah's pregnancy in a video obtained by Daily Mail.com. While Pacino was taking a walk, a photographer approached him to ask if he was "excited" about the pregnancy.
In response, he said: "It’s very special. It always has been. I’ve got many kids. But this is really special coming at this time."
