Bam Margera has reportedly been arrested after 'making a scene' at a restaurant where his wife and son were eating.
The Jackass star, 43, was allegedly arrested and booked for misdemeanor public intoxication after an argument with a woman in the eatery.
According to reports from TMZ, police were called to the restaurant in Burbank around 3:45 PM on Wednesday for a disturbance at a Thai restaurant.
Officers found the former professional skateboarder arguing with a woman, with the dispute reportedly getting "louder and louder".
Police have not revealed whether the woman Bam was arguing with was his estranged wife Nikki, who was in the restaurant with their five-year-old son Phoenix, according to onlookers who claimed they were there.
Sources told the publication that Bam was "unable to take care of himself" and claimed he will either have to post $500 bail or "stay in custody until he sobers up".
Footage also emerged on social media appearing to show Bam sitting on the ground near a car while speaking to police after the alleged incident.
Another video appeared to show Bam looking agitated as he walked in and out of the food establishment as police watched on.
Nikki, who has been married to the TV star since 2013, filed for legal separation from Bam in February, citing irreconcilable differences.
In court documents, Nikki requested legal and physical custody of their son but specified that she wanted Bam to have visitation rights as well as asking for spousal support.
TMZ also reported that the stunt performer had been arrested earlier this month for domestic violence after a woman claimed he had kicked her.
Bam had been booked into the Vista Detention Facility on a charge of corporal injury on a current or former spouse, cohabitant, dating partner, or fellow parent but was later released after posting $50,000 bail.

It has not been an easy year for Bam, who also revealed in January that he had been "pronounced dead" in December after suffering four seizures when he was hospitalized for coronavirus.
He revealed at the time: "I basically was pronounced dead on Elvis’s birthday, December 8th. I did not know that I had gnarly Covid.
"My body was shutting down and I went into four seizures, each one lasting 10 to 20 minutes, and on the fourth one, I bit my tongue so hard it was nearly falling off.
"It got so swollen and puffy, it wouldn’t fit in my mouth and I was drinking the infected blood, which gave me pneumonia as well, so when the shaman took me to the hospital, I went into my fifth seizure and I couldn’t breathe without a tube down my throat."
Bam and his team have yet to comment publicly on his latest arrest.
