100-Pound Kourtney Kardashian claps back after getting trolled for 'eating' on her show
Ever since the first episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians aired back in 2007, there have been a few things we can come to expect from the various K-members of the K-Klan. While we've slowly introduced new boyfriends, best friends and babies into the mix and seen the likes of Chyna and Caitlyn Jenner come and go, there have been some things we can always come to expect.
Kris Jenner is always going to be the puppet master of the family; Kim Kardashian the golden child who everyone inwardly knows is the superstar. Rob is the one that we often forget is there, lurking in the shadow of his more illustrious sisters, while Khloé's the relatable one, whose love of food and struggles to find love are just like the rest of us.
Kourtney Kardashian, however, has always been a curious one.
As the New Hope of the Original Kardashian Trilogy and mother of three kids, Kourtney has recently given off the air that's she's a little tired of being part of the world's famous family, and her latest treatment on social media is unlikely to change that particular feeling of hers any time soon.
As you and I both know, Kourtney Kardashian is definitely the healthiest member of the family, and at 39 years old, she's done remarkably well to stay so in shape. At the time of writing, she's weighing in at 100 pounds, and so has avoided the body shaming that usually afflicts the likes of Kim or Khloé.
But the trolls found a way to talk smack. They always do, don't they?
So, if you're on Twitter regularly for your Kardashian fix, you might have noticed a common complaint (should that be 'kommon komplaint'?) about Kourtney - primarily, that she "eats". Not that she eats weird things, or that she eats too much. No, just the fact that she's often seen on camera putting food into her mouth. Chewing. Swallowing. The audacity.
Look, I'd imagine that Kourtney Kardashian gets quite a bit of hate on Twitter, and she does well to ignore the haters. But some trolls are just so inane, just so stupid, that you've got to reply to them every once in a while and defend yourself from the madness, lest its stupidity eat away at your soul.
"Let me live," says Kourtney Kardashian, and can you really blame her? She's done remarkably well to get to 100 pounds, and I'd be worried about her if she wasn't constantly eating. Kourtney's known for a pretty stringent diet to keep her body in shape, but she's even relaxed that now, as she realised her diet no longer served her.
"That wasn’t making sense for me anymore," the former health nut Khloé wrote back in April. "I don’t want to throw my body off by eating whatever I want when I travel and then be really strict other times."
Come on, guys. I know that it's cool to hate the Kardashians and everything, but try to come up with some better burns than "look at how much Kourtney Kardashian eats on camera". Not a great look.
