Baywatch star, 29, leaves fans stunned over claim that she 'never has sex'
Baywatch star Brooks Nader has shocked fans after making a surprising admission about her private life.
The 29-year-old model and actress has been cast in the upcoming revival of the iconic show.
In a recent interview with E! News at the Emmy Awards this week, Nader joked that her life away from the cameras doesn't quite match her new status as a "sex symbol".
"[I'm] a sex symbol who never has sex, great. Am I allowed to say that?" she said.
The Sports Illustrated model, who stunned in a revealing red gown for the ceremony, also joked about where she was heading next: "Headed to church, gonna say some prayers."
Nader is joining the new Baywatch cast
The reality TV star's comments come as she prepares for one of her biggest acting roles yet in the forthcoming Baywatch reboot, which is expected to premiere in 2027.
She will appear alongside Stephen Amell, Shay Mitchell, and Livvy Dunne in the revival.
Nader has already become attached to the show's famous red swimsuit, and she wishes she could keep one.
"I can't take the suit home. Baywatch, can you loan me one? Like, it's my whole personality. Anywhere I go, I should be wearing a red swimsuit," she said in her interview with E! News.
However, preparing for Baywatch involved far more than just putting on the well-known outfit.
Nader recently revealed that she and her co-stars became "full certified lifeguards" after undergoing weeks of training.
"We did three or four weeks of lifeguard training, swim training," she told PEOPLE. "You have to because one of the founders of Baywatch, the franchise, told us day one when we were learning CPR."
"He was like, 'Actually pay attention to the skill of CPR and how you actually administer it because we've had hundreds of letters a day sent to the Baywatch franchise from people all over the world saying, I saved my daughter's life because I watched Baywatch and I learned CPR,'" she added.
Nader said that the message made her realize the training could have an impact beyond the show itself.
"I felt a responsibility to take the training seriously because you really don't know who you could be saving that's watching at home," she said.

Nader sparked a debate over the summer after being photographed sunbathing topless while vacationing in Sardinia, Italy, with her family.
The 29-year-old responded to the attention surrounding the pictures, saying: "I had the time of my freaking life. I don’t care if I’m not from Europe. I’m from Louisiana."
She explained that nudity had never been unusual among her and her sisters.
"I grew up in an all-girl household. We’re always naked together as sisters,” she said.
As for her father, Nader joked that he wasn't concerned either.
"My dad’s half-blind, so he didn’t even notice. He was like, 'I don’t care.' He has selective hearing and selective seeing," she explained. "I was just having the time of my life, and really not thinking that anyone was documenting some of it, but we love it. It’s great."
