The account tricks the system by posting images of nipples that could be male or female, which highlights the sexist guidelines, as well as how ludicrous the whole thing is. But I digress. Bella Thorne took part in the debate not by providing a long-winded rant, but rather by posting a decidedly NSFW pic with a to-the-point caption.
